LE (P) Close Control Range

Vapac LEP Close Control model with unique Pulse Control The Vapac VapaNet LE (P) unit incorporates all the advanced features of “LE” with the added refinement of solid state relays to provide a unique pulsed output, rapid response, control system ramping from 8% to 100% of each unit’s maximum capacity. The units are suitable for close control applications where tolerances of ±5% would be required.

Options

Alpha-Numeric-Display. All VapaNet units can be fitted, either in house or on site, with a four line Alpha-Numeric-Display. This provides a clear indication of unit performance as well as simplifying commissioning.
Communications Cable. A three metre cable complete with plugs, suitable for master/slave configuration.
Room Distribution Units. Where the LE(P) system is to be used in a free discharge application Room Distribution Units can be utilised to disperse the generated steam direct into the conditioned space.

Key features

Master/Slave. The LE(P) unit can operate as a proportional control “master” to, up to a maximum of ten single step “slave” cylinders, when using the appropriate interconnecting cable.
Advanced software management program. The Vapac developed VOS-6 management program is a ground breaking package that ensures the long term performance of the humidifier regardless of the quality of raw water that it is supplied with.
Capacity Range. There are units producing from 5 kg/hr to the 90 kg/hr twin cylinder unit.
Control. The VapaNet range of units, have the ability to operate from with any one of six proprietary DC analogue signals or with any BMS system using the LON open system protocol.
