Qualitair's slick new order processing facility enhances customer service
As part of a major re-structuring programme and even more focus on customer care, Qualitair has opened a new purpose built order processing facility along side its Stoke-on-Trent manufacturing plant.
Qualitair already has extensive hi-tech manufacturing facilities on site and this latest announcement is part of a phased integration to provide greater synergy between manufacturing and the processing of orders.
“It is a logical move and makes commercial sense to have order processing and manufacturing on the same site” says Tony Twine, Qualitair’s Product Manager Manager. “Processing, manufacturing and production need to work closely together so that orders can be tracked and any problems that may arise flagged up early on. This is essential in time critical projects where delivery and installation schedules can be very tight.”
Customers will also benefit from the more streamlined approach as communications have been simplified so that they can now have direct access to Qualitair via dedicated telephone lines and an email address.
