Qualitair focuses on Cellar to Seller

For the first time, Qualitair is taking its range of cellar cooling and low temperature ceiling cassettes to the heart of the British brewing industry in Burton upon Trent, with a stand at the Cellar to Seller conference and exhibition at the Bretby Conference Centre, 19-20 October.

Qualitair cellar coolersThis is the leading UK exhibition for the drinks dispensing industry. Qualitair will be occupying Stand 6. Exhibits will include the ICC Cellar Cooler, ICU condensing unit and the QLC range that temperature control to provide chilled conditions for catering and food preparation environments.

Tony Twine Qualitair Product Manager is optimistic that the exhibition will play a pivotal role in increasing exposure particularly for the Invicta Cellar Cooler.

“Sales are brisk but Cellar to Seller presents us with an ideal opportunity to meet brewers, operations and development managers and to demonstrate the hygiene, and low temperature benefits of both the ICC and QLC low temperature cassettes.”

The ICC Cellar Cooler unit provides temperature control with storage temperatures as lows as 4°C, ideal for pubs, clubs and restaurants coping with high wet sales.

By maintaining low cellar temperatures, drinks can be brought up to the bar already cooled. The benefits include less stress on bar based equipment, increasing energy savings and higher sales capacity.
